My Table Nutrition

What is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner?

A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner has been trained with a foundational approach to Nutrition coupled with the ability to identify and address imbalances in the body and how to intervene with nutrition to improve overall health and wellness. We use a Functional Evaluation which is a process which allows us to identify organ systems under stress and then prioritize support accordingly.

Why Choose Nutritional Therapy?

Are you tired of being tired? Do you have health issues that just aren't getting resolved no matter how hard you try? Would you like to restore the energy you had when you were younger? If so, then Nutritional Therapy is for you.

I work on a Bio-Individual basis, which is the philosophy that every person is different; what works for one person may not work for another. Using an in-depth questionnaire and interview, plus a Functional Evaluation, I can determine where the dysfunction is in your body that is causing your symptoms, and together we will  make a plan to bring your body back into balance. A body that is balanced is able to restore health to itself.

Mission Statement

My Table Nutrition exists to help you restore your health through better food choices so that you can live a joyful life, full of vitality and energy, able to be effective and productive in what God has created you to do.

My Table Nutrition

I named my business My Table Nutrition because I whole-heartedly believe that food should be enjoyed sitting down at the table with family and friends. We live in a fast-paced, on-the-go society and we no longer have a food culture handed down by our ancestors who taught us what to eat and how to prepare it, and because of that we fall prey to the media as they tell us what we should or should not eat to be healthy. As a society we get most of our meals out of a box or out of a window at a drive-thru, then eat it in the car or at home in front of an electronic device, ignoring the people around us. That is not beneficial to our health. I want to help to change that in this country. My Table Nutrition is dedicated to helping to change what is served on the dining tables in this society, one table at a time.
